While most of our products are gluten free, any containing gluten are clearly specified.
Yes - our products are 100% vegan!
We use tree nuts in our blends so If you have a tree-nut allergy we do not recommend that you consume any of The Wild products, regardless of whether or not nuts are blended into the mix, since all products are blended in the same kitchen.
We have not to date applied for certification to market our products as Kosher or Halal. We will re-access this ongoingly + inform customers via this website and social media if we do acquire Kosher or Halal certification.
Storing The Wild products in a cool + dark pantry is best. If stored correctly all The Wild blends will stay fresh for at least 6 months.
If you open a bag and find that the product is unsatisfatory, return it to us, in its original packaging. As an ethical producer we will do everything we can to get you a quality product. It can be difficult to control products once they are out there in the distribution chain so please always check the use by date.
Australia wide orders to our online store will be despatched within 2 working days of the order being placed via Australia Post. All orders below $200 are charged at the flat shipping rate of $5. Orders over $200 are charged at the flat shipping rate of $5 per $200 or part thereof
Autralia Post racking number(s) is notified as part of online procedures. Please allow 3-4 business days for Victorian deliveries, and up to 7 business days for all other states depending on location. Expect longer delivery lead times in peak holiday periods
Freighting for International orders will need to be expedited by the buyer with pick up from our factory. Alternatively the buyer can make other arrangements by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org

Should you wish to return an item purchased please contact The Wild by via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of purchase. We cannot offer an exchange or refund if outside of 7 days of purchase. Please ensure the product you wish to return is in its original wrapping. You are responsible for shipping charges associated with the return of your product.
If you have been sent an incorrect product please contact The Wild by via email at email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt.
As long as the packaging is unopened we will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no additional cost
