Vegan Pancakes with Salted Caramel Sauce by Lauren Marino @lm_nutrition

= Gluten Free, Vegan, No Refined Sugar.

We suggest using a vegan premix to make pancakes.

Salted Caramel Sauce;
5 medjool dates, pitted
3 tablespoons filtered water
pinch of salt

Garnish;
2 tablespoons coconut flakes
1/2 cup Granola, by The Wild

Blend + cook vegan pancakes as detailed on pack.

Process dates, filtered water + salt. Pour sauce over pancakes + sprinkle with coconut flakes + The Wild Granola.
