Are all products by The Wild gluten free?
Yes - we believe good health is mostly without gluten. Gluten is linked to weakening the digestive system + a number of autoimmune dis-eases. However we acknowledge that grains containing gluten are healthy when they have been sprouted.
Are all ingredients used by The Wild certified organic?
Twenty eight ingredients used by The Wild are certified organic (including certified pure therapeutic grade essential oils). The remaining three ingredients are organic where possible, depending on availability. In most cases this means that they are chemical free, however the supplier has not applied for an organic certification at this stage. Certifications are expensive so a level of trust is important here, sometimes moreso than a certification, in our opinion.
Are all products by The Wild vegan?
Yes - our products are 100% vegan!
Can I eat products by The Wild if I am allergic to nuts?
We use tree nuts in our blends so If you have a tree-nut allergy we do not recommend that you consume any of The Wild products, regardless of whether nuts are blended into the mix, since all products are blended in the same kitchen.
Are The Wild products kosher?
We have not applied for the certification to market our products as Kosher. We will re-access this ongoing + inform customers via this website and social media if we do acquire a Kosher certification.
How should I store The Wild cereal?

How many days will it take to receive my order?
Victoria; 4 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately international postage is extremely expensive so we don't offer international shipping at this stage.
What if I am not available to accept my order when it arrives?
We use couriers and Australia Post to deliver to most addresses in Australia so please provide an address that someone can be available to collect your parcel at time of delivery. A work address is ideal as delivery is during business hours, Monday to Friday. If you cannot be available to accept parcel at time of delivery it would be best that you leave a note at your door with your name, address, contact number and details about where to leave your parcel (in a place protected from weather; rain or direct sunlight) - this note must be signed. Please do not provide a PO box for delivery as for most orders we use couriers, and therefore cannot deliver to a PO box.
What if I change my mind about a product ordered?
Provided you notify The Wild via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 hours of order confirmation then this is acceptable.
