40g (half cup, dry) - 25 serves per kg Soak in equal parts apple juice, nut milk or raw coconut water. Or heat on stove-top with two times liquid as you would porridge

Serve soaked bircher with freshly grated apple and top with fresh fruit or poached fruit, yoghurt,  raw honey or maple syrup. Sprinkle with lemon rind and raw coconut sugar or The Wild Muesli, Crumble or Granola
