Choc Matcha Bircher
= Gluten Free, Vegan, Organic, Refined Sugar Free.
Two serves.
1.5 cup almond milk
3/4 cup Bircher, by The Wild
1 green apple, grated
1 banana, sliced
1 tsp Matcha Powder, by Matcha Maiden
1/2 cup Crumble, by The Wild
Fresh Berries + banana to decorate
Mix Bircher, sliced banana, grated apple + matcha powder in almond milk and cook on low heat until heated through - approx 10 minutes.
Remove from heat. Divide Bircher into two bowls. Sprinkle each with The Wild Crumble, fresh berries + banana.
