Mulberry Cheezecake Hearts by Lucy Stegley @xoxsmoothiegirl

= Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Organic, Raw, Vegan, Refined Sugar Free.
Base;
1/2 cup of medjool dates, blended
1/2 cup Muesli, by The Wild
Cheezecake;
1/4 cup mixed berries
Juice of 1 lemon
1 cup cashews, soaked + rinsed
4 tablespoons of Maple Syrup
Pinch of vanilla salt
Process dates until smooth. Add Muesli to date mixture and combine with hands. Press into silicone heart-shaped moulds. Blend Cheezecake ingredients until smooth. Pour into moulds. Freeze until set and serve with fresh strawberries.
