Choc Goji Fudge Cake

= Gluten Free, Vegan, Organic, Mostly Raw, Refined Sugar Free.

Choc Base;
1/4 cup cacao butter, melted
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup coconut sugar

Fudge:
1/4 cup cacao butter, melted
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/2 cacao powder
2 cups pitted medjool dates
125g Crumble, by The Wild

Topping;
125g Crumble, by The Wild

Soak dates in warm water for 20 minutes. 
Choc Base; Blend cacao butter, coconut oil, cacao powder + coconut sugar until smooth. Pour into lined tray + refrigerate half an hour.
Fudge; In blender mix the cacao butter, coconut oil, cacao powder + dates until fudge-like. Mix in the Crumble. Pour into lined tray. Sprinkle the Crumble on top + use hands to press lightly into fudge. Refrigerate for an hour, until set. Slice + serve.
