Caramel, Wild Orange + Banana Ice Cream
= Gluten Free, Vegan, Raw, Organic, Refined Sugar Free.
Two serves.
6 tablespoons chia seeds
1/4 cup water
6 dates
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup Crumble, by The Wild
2 frozen bananas
To make Crunchy Caramel;
Soak chia seeds in water for 15 minutes.
Blend soaked chia seeds with dates, oil, vanilla + cinnamon in a blender. Stir through Crumble.
To make Banana Ice-cream;
Blend 2 frozen bananas until creamy. Serve with crunchy caramel.
