1 cup fresh strawberries
1/4 cup coconut yoghurt
1 small banana or 1 fresh mango
1/2 cup mixed berries, frozen or fresh
Blend banana (or mango) with berries in blender until smooth, puree-like.
Stir puree into yoghurt to create marble effect.
Layer Granola, with yoghurt puree + strawberries to serve.
